Video Essentials’s Video Campaigns of the Year Awards 2017: Enter!

Has your team created some amazing work this year? Come on, you know you have.

Here’s your chance to get some recognition for those great campaigns. just kicked off our second annual Video Campaigns of the Year Awards. Our editors and writers will search for the most amazing video marketing campaigns from 2016. No matter the platform or the brand, if it was inspiring, engaging, or effective, we want to know about it.

Video Campaigns of the Year AwardsTo do that, we need your help. Please enter the contest and tell us about your work. There’s no fee, so enter as many campaigns as you’d like. They must have run in 2016. You’ll need to provide a URL for the key online video asset, then tell us a bit about the campaign, its goals, and how it moved the needle for your brand.

The Video Campaigns of the Year Awards includes several categories, because video marketing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll present awards for marketing in eight different categories including consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, retail, and technology. We’ll also recognize the best work done by small, medium, and large agencies, and well as in-house teams. Finally, because successful online video campaigns need to be customized for different platforms, the contest will single out the best work done for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.

The nomination period is open now and runs until February 10, 2017. After that,’s editors and writers will review the entrants and determine the best and most successful marketing campaign in each area. The winners will be announced on February 21, 2017, on Winners will be notified and will receive a framed certificate.

  1. It was an honor to receive an Award last year. The Vattikuti Foundation’s video campaign has shown continued growth this past year using YouTube’s platform for non-profits. Our views are up 166%. Our minutes are up 208%.
